A: Your timeline is one of the (if not THE) most important elements of your wedding day. How much you'e able to enjoy your day revolves around a well thought out timeline. I offer 2 timeline planning calls (one 6 months out from the wedding, and one within a month of) to go over everyyyy little detail and come up with a plan that makes the most sense for your unique day.

Q: can you help us with our timeline?

A: In the unfortunate event that there's an emergency and I am personally not able to be there for your wedding, I'll do my best to replace myself with a respected friend in the industry. If that's simply not possible, I will refund every penny you've paid to me.

Q: what if you can no longer do our wedding?

A: As soon as I get home from your big day, I backup all of your images on to two separate hard drives. I also leave those images on their memory cards until your final gallery is delivered.

Q: how do our images stay secure?

A: The best piece of advice I can give you is DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEATHER. I know, I know...easier said than done! I've done tons of rainy wedding days and am both experienced and confident in my indoor lighting game. I'll simply move all formals to an indoor location (with the best possible lighting). If it's raining light enough that you're willing to go outside for a few couple portraits, I've always gone some cute, clear umbrellas on hand for some dreamy shots.

Q: what if it rains?

A: For wedding packages, I break the total down into 5 payments. The first being the 30% deposit to lock me in, and the remainder broken down equally, with the final payment being due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Q: do you offer a payment plan?

A: I have an entire guide full of my favorite locations, along with full galleries showing off those locations. If you don't see your vision within those, we can work together to find a spot that fits what you're hoping for.

A: I charge a travel fee for venues more than one hour from my home base, and for session locations more than 25 miles away. These usually end up being pretty minimal depending on the exact location. Most couples spend less than $100 on a travel fee with me.

Q: do you charge a travel fee?

A: While more than 8 hours can be necessary for certain wedding days, I won't know that until we have our first timeline call 6 months out from the wedding day. I won't commit to more than 8 hours right off the bat- I've found that sometimes that's been premature and ended up being a waste for the couple. Additional time can be added on at any point after our first timeline call after chatting and both deciding what's truly necessary.
